Shandy Toland
President & Co-Founder
Shandy earned a Bachelor of Health Sciences Degree as well as a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Central Arkansas. She has practiced physical therapy in the area of pediatrics for 23 years. She currently works with the Russellville School District and has actively worked with Equestrian Zone for the past 15 years. Shandy has a vast amount of knowledge and experience working with children and adults with a wide range of needs.
Susan Ray
Vice President, Treasurer, & Co-Founder
Susan earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from the University of Arkansas. She is a mother of six children, including her youngest son with Down Syndrome. She has 20 years of homeschooling experience and also has many years of experience with administrative organization. Susan is a driving force behind our organization.
Charlotte Carothers
Secretary
Charlotte earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education as well as a Masters Degree in Education from Arkansas Tech University. From her 33 years of teaching kindergarten and her experience in the classroom, Charlotte brings an abundance of wisdom and insight to our program through clear and simple instruction.
Emma Erickson
Media Specialist
Emma earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Family and Human Services with an emphasis in Wilderness Counseling from John Brown University. She has years of experience working with individuals, specifically those with autism. Emma has a heart to serve and is also an integral part of creating and managing our media platforms.
Sara Whitlock
Program Director
Sara earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Central Arkansas. She has worked in a variety of settings including private practice, school based therapy, daycare, hospitals, home health, and outpatient clinics. Sara has practiced pediatric physical therapy for over 38 years and currently works with The Pediatric Playhouse in Russellville.
